At Legs4Africa, we take the happiness and satisfaction of our stakeholders very seriously. To us, our stakeholders are the pillars supporting our mission to maximise the serviceability of prosthetic legs and expand affordable rehabilitation for amputees in Africa. In this light, we recently conducted our annual Stakeholder Satisfaction Survey, involving our employees, volunteers, partners, and donors. We are excited to share the detailed findings with you, along with a link to the complete survey PDF for those who want to explore the data in-depth.


Demographics

First, let’s look at who participated in this survey:

  • Partners: Staff in partner clinics and community groups in Africa, strategic delivery partners, education providers (68% Male, 28% Female).
  • Donors: Regular givers, grants and trusts, and leg donors (52% Male, 48% Female).
  • Volunteers: Primarily based in the UK or Europe (50% Male, 50% Female).
  • Employees: From Gambia, Ghana, and the UK (58% Male, 42% Female).
