“We all have a role to play in building a sustainable society, and the more we collaborate with each other, the greater the sense of purpose we can build throughout the entire world of work, unlocking individuals and organisations alike to build the society we want”Kate Adams, Nesta
At Legs4Africa we recognise the importance of working together to achieve life changing results. Our successes have been built on connecting people together and providing resources for those that need them.
We’re very proud of everything we’ve managed to achieve since 2014 with the support of wonderful people like you, but we are realistic. We’re not scared to say that we’re not the experts, who is? We don’t even want to say we know best, who does? Providing sustainable and affordable mobility solutions for amputees living in Africa is an age old problem although with your support we can make a powerful impact.
We value working in partnership with innovative organisations and working alongside people who think a bit differently. We like to harness employee intelligence and opinions to guide us in decision making. This helps us to challenge our processes and make the best choices for everyone involved with the charity.
We also like to work with individuals and companies that want to make a clear and lasting impact!
Make a clear and lasting impact
When partnering with Legs4Africa, we like to provide people with the opportunity to support one of our projects or help us to maximise our impact in Africa by sponsoring our running costs. This could include anything from sponsoring training opportunities for up-and-coming prosthetists in Africa, to covering our UK leg collection fees.
We are a small organisation doing vital work. Our size means we can be incredibly clear about the impact you have made to the lives of amputees across Africa.
Our ongoing costs have been broken down to show complete transparency and clarity in what could be achieved through your support.
Guide us in decision making
The way in which you could do this is quite simple – every month we would like to ask your employees 5 open ended questions. Some might be philosophical and others will be focused and topical. It all depends on what’s going on and what needs doing.
They can choose to answer as many or as few questions as they would like. Each answer will be considered and analysed. These opinions and this shared expertise will then be used in our decision making.
When working with Legs4Africa, every contribution is properly evaluated and we will directly tell you how you have made an impact within the organisation. We will keep you updated on decisions we have made and successes we have achieved together.
QIARK is very innovative and will fit well into the
