Sam Gibson, an international development consultant and one of our trustees, has received a Gold Badge from Legs4Africa. This recognition highlights Sam’s dedication to improving the lives of people with disabilities and her commitment to promoting accessibility and inclusivity for all.

Legs4Africa works to reduce the global mobility aid gap by providing new and refurbished mobility aids, such as wheelchairs and crutches, to people with disabilities in Africa. The organization also runs rehabilitation and training programs to help people with disabilities maximize the use of their mobility aids. Legs4Africa also partners with organisations which focus on the social and psychological realities of living with limb difference.

Sam has been a strong supporter of Legs4Africa for several years, and has helped to raise awareness about the challenges faced by people with disabilities in Africa.

“I am honoured to receive this Gold Badge from Legs4Africa. I am proud to be a part of the Legs4Africa community, and I look forward to continuing to support their important work.”
